Williams, who was born in Queens however grew up in Brooklyn along with her father who was firefighters and later, in Tribeca Manhattan when her parents separated. Williams went to Chinatown New York High School in Chelsea and Nazareth College, Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran manicurist who has never been satisfied with the same old nail polish.
